~ ORDERING NOTES ~

When you order from Mud Spun Studio you will receive an original, handmade piece modeled directly after the image you see here.  The piece you receive may differ slightly from these images, but any difference will be practically unnoticeable.  On request I will send you a photo of your actual piece before it ships.

~ PAYMENT METHODS ~

Online purchases are handled by PayPal, the Internet's leading method for making and receiving payments.  PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  I can also take orders and credit card payments over the phone (317) 431-6887.

PayPal's secure servers make it safe and easy to process your payment.  Enter your payment information and your order will be processed!  Just click on the appropriate button to add an item to your shopping cart, and you will be routed to the PayPal site. There you can review your order, continue shopping, or check out.  Don't forget, you can always remove items from your cart if you change your mind.

~ CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ~

If you have a specific color request, please contact me for special orders.  We can work together to customize a perfect piece just for you! 

~ CHAIN LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS ~

All pull chains come with a 7" standard ball chain and connector piece.  They are easy to attach to any existing fixture with a standard pull chain control. 

For taller ceilings or other circumstances, you might prefer a longer chain, there is an additional $1 per foot charge.  To order the extra chain length, just click the "Add Chain" button during the order process, and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. 

~ SHIPPING AND HANDLING ~

Some items will be available at the time of your order and will be shipped immediately, but many times, your piece will be handmade upon receipt of your order.  Due to the nature of ceramics, it could take 2-3 weeks for your piece to be completed.

I ship through Priority Mail for dependable shipping.  Flat rates are listed below, and will be automatically added to your order through PayPal.

Priority Mail (2-3 days)

  ~ $5 for orders up to $49.99

  ~ $6 for orders $50 to $99.99

  ~ $7 for orders $100 to $199.99

  ~ Free for orders of $200 or more

  ~ International - actual shipping charges over the above will be PayPal invoiced prior to shipping.

~ RETURN POLICY ~

If there is any problem with your order and you wish to return it, please return any unwanted items in the same condition you received them within two weeks of the day you receive it for a full refund.  Please include your invoice information, complaint, and be sure to carefully wrap the item for it's return trip.
